Disruptive, rather than sustaining innovation emerges from outside of your market. It is therefore very difficult to predict when and from where, new entrants will emerge.

Even when disruptive technologies have entered an incumbent market, it is often difficult to determine what innovation consumers will choose to become the standard design.

We help companies understand how new markets are built by disruptive innovation, how the people behind the innovations are able to create incremental value and also help incumbent firms understand how markets choose the new standard technology to be used.
